when zoey redbird arrived at the house of night, she became fast friends with aphrodite, her roommate, and join the dark daughters. she neevr put her trust in neferet, nor did she get close with stevie rae, damien, erin and shaunee. as for erik night... that's another story.
as a war, that has been a long time coming, simmers under the surface, the students look to those they trust for guidance. but who will you choose?
neferet has finally shown her true desires for human blood shed and is gathering a group of supporters. a new group of outcasts prepare to fight against her and are also followed by their fair share of students. some have even joined the humans. and what of the dark sons and daughters? as a powers struggle between zoey and aphrodite begins to surface, which side with the elites take?
as the fight finally sparks and the blood shed begins, with every new dawn come new attitudes, new ideas, and the beginning of a new era. who will win? who will die? and what will be left when the dust finally settles?
